Our ribbon holders were developed to perfectly fit ribbon fibre. Being removable holders, they can fit in our thermal stripper, our cleaver and our ribbon splicers. This makes it extremely easy to transfer the fibre from one to the other. When loading the ribbon fibre into the splicer, each fibre will simply fall into its respective v-groove, without damage to the fibre ends.

Ribbon holders are sold as pairs.

There are 3 different sizes of 12-ribbon holders, to fit the different width of 12-fibre ribbons currently on the market. Please see specification tab for details.

Ribbonising-Holders

Our ribbonising holders have been developed in order to splice a number of single fibres as a ribbon fibre, using a ribbon fusion splicer. This system avoids the complicated use of a ribboniser device and glue.

Please choose the adequate holders, depending on how many fibres to want to “ribbonise”. Please see the specification tab for details.
